• Booking enquiries (Contact page): all information submitted through the enquiry form.
• Model applications (Become a Model page): all information and photographs submitted through the application form.
• Browsing data: anonymized traffic and interaction data via our analytics tool (only after consent — see "Cookies" below).
• Cookie consent record: your cookie preferences, stored locally in your browser.

Purposes of Processing

• Responding to booking and casting enquiries from professional clients.
• Reviewing model applications submitted through the Become a Model page.
• Measuring site traffic to understand and improve the site (analytics).

Legal Basis

• Consent — for analytics cookies, and for processing the personal data and photographs submitted through our forms.
• Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries and maintaining the security of the site.

Data Recipients

• Off Management — internal use only.
• A secure internal database — storage of booking enquiries and model applications, for internal review by the agency.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage for photographs submitted with model applications, and delivery of internal email notifications alerting the agency to a new booking enquiry or model application.
• Our analytics provider — audience measurement (analytics), only with your consent.

No payment processor is used — Off Management does not take payments through this site.

International Data Processing

Some of the providers we use to operate this site are located in different countries, including the United States. This means your information may be processed or stored outside the country from which you access the site.

Retention Periods

• Unsuccessful model applications: 2 years.
• Files of contracted models (agreement, measurements, related records): duration of the contract plus 5 years.
• Booking enquiries that do not convert into a placement: 3 years.
• Accounting records, where applicable: 10 years.
• Cookies and analytics data: 13 months maximum.
