Off Management is a boutique mother agency representing and developing carefully selected talent from across Latin America. With roots in Venezuela and an international outlook, we scout and develop models from their first steps through international placement and beyond — from portfolio and image development to agency introductions, placement coordination and ongoing career guidance. Our approach is built around protection, transparency and long-term development. We remain closely involved throughout each placement, monitoring our models' experience, supporting their wellbeing and professional development, and anticipating the next steps in their careers. Our international network, with a particular focus on Asia, is built selectively around partners whose professional standards and approach to model care align with our own.

Our Origin
A Gap We Couldn't Look Away From
OFF Management started with a simple, uncomfortable observation: an industry that moves fast rarely slows down to ask whether the people in front of the camera are actually being cared for. We built this agency to be the exception — not by working differently for the sake of being different, but because we'd seen, firsthand, what happens when representation forgets the person behind the portfolio.
